1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the betbuzz platform and all of its services. By accessing the betbuzz website or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

betbuzz is an online gaming and betting platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live games, and other services to users in Bangladesh. The right to use these services is conditional, and betbuzz reserves the right to restrict or terminate services for any individual at any time without giving a reason.

2 Account Registration

Creating a valid account is required to use betbuzz's services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds will not be refunded.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the betbuzz support team immediately. betbuzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to maintain account security.

• An active mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.
• Identity will be confirmed through OTP verification.
• To change account details, contact the support team.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3 Age Verification

All gaming and betting services on betbuzz are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. betbuzz may at any time request a national identity card or other documents to verify your age.

Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete. If an account is created using a false age, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

betbuzz supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a balance of ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly betbuzz Deposit Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering bonus.
• betbuzz Slot Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, 25x wagering bonus.
• Cricket Craze Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, 20x wagering bonus.
• Birthday betbuzz Reward: up to ৳1,500, 15x wagering bonus.
• Refer a Friend betbuzz Reward: up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Read the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• betbuzz reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• Do not treat the bonus amount as direct cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the terms are met.

6 Betting and Gaming

betbuzz offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, unless betbuzz cancels it due to a technical error.
• betbuzz reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Bets are accepted before an event begins — for live betting, bets can also be placed while the event is in progress.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with betbuzz's own policy.

6.2 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical issue, betbuzz will determine the win or loss according to its policy.
• If an error or inconsistency is found in the game software, the relevant round may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbuzz platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using betbuzz for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Using a third-party payment method.
• Harassing or disrespecting betbuzz staff.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

If betbuzz determines that unusual or suspicious activity is occurring on an account, the account and its transactions may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Please withdraw your remaining balance before requesting account closure. If there is an active bonus wagering requirement, that bonus will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

8.2 Closure at betbuzz's Initiative

betbuzz reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for rule violations, fraud, or other serious reasons. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

betbuzz makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free. However, betbuzz is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Session interruption caused by a technical issue with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
• Any financial loss beyond the approved maximum limit.

Full responsibility for financial losses from gaming or betting rests with the user. betbuzz does not guarantee any specific income or profit from gambling.

12 Changes to Terms

betbuzz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You should therefore review this page regularly. If any part of the terms is unacceptable to you, stop using the service and contact the support team to close your account.
